Terms and Conditions

A non refundable deposit of  a minimum of one night or 10% whichever is greater will be taken. The room will not be considered reserved until the deposit is confirmed.

If the booking is cancelled before 21:00, 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is 10% of total, less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total

Arrival & Departure:
Guests can arrive between 2pm and 5pm. If arriving outside of these times prior arrangements must be made. Guests must vacate the room by 10am at the latest on the morning of departure.

Termination Policy:
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate, without notice, any individuals stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others (Please note that non compliance of our strict non smoking policy would constitute termination) In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, no refunds will be made.

Guests are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages to the accommodation or its contents during their stay. Please report these as soon as they occur. Minor breakages will be overlooked, but any significant damage will be charged.
